To move & breath is the best medicine. Even daily 5min. can change your day... instead of one long practice in long time. The KEY is in yoga is to keep on regular practice & be aware of conscious breath (full yogic breath or ujjayi). Namaste


Basic positions in Yoga to stretch your body

& preparation for sun salutation Surya Namaskar:

  • Balasa - Child pose

  • Chakravakasana - Cat & Cow pose

  • Ardha Pincha Mayurasana - Delphin pose

Surya Namaskar:

  1. Tadasana - Mountain pose

  2. Ardha Uttanasana - Half Standing Forward Bend pose

  3. Anjaneyasana - Low Lunge pose

  4. Adho mukha Svanasana - Downward-facing dog pose

  5. Bhujangasana - Cobra pose

  6. Urdhva Mukha Shvanasana - Upward-facing dog pose

  7. Phalakasana - Plank pose

  8. Chaturanga Dandasana - Four-Limbed Staff pose

  • Savasana - Corpse pose

  • Sukhasana - Easy pose
