This foundational course covers the Eight-Limbed Path of yoga, guiding you on a journey toward spiritual liberation. Explore ethical principles, physical postures, breath control, meditation, and more, as you deepen your understanding and practice of yoga.

Introduction to Yoga:

Fundamental Principles of Yoga

   - History and Philosophy of Yoga

   - The Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga)

   - Yoga ethics: Yamas and Niyamas

Yogic Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)

Warm-Up Postures (Sarva Hita Asanas)
