Acro Yoga blends the wisdom of Yoga with the dynamic power of acrobatics. It is a physical practice which combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (the flyer) in flying through the air in a sequenced series of yoga postures.

ONE TO ONE OR GROUPS

The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (thy flyer) in flying through the air in a sequenced series of yoga postures. 

ACROVINYASA
ONE TO ONE OR GROUPS

Acrovinyasa™ takes yoga from earth to air. takes yoga from earth to air. Uniting elements of vinyasa, acroyoga and inversion training, this practice cultivates trust and community in a powerful way. The core of Acrovinyasa™ is focused on synchronising breath in movement, building strength and finding balance. Inspired by traditional yoga asanas and L-based acrobatic flying, this progressive yoga system includes both solo and partner practice. Acrovinyasa™ feels more like a dance with gravity than physical exercise.

FAMILY YOGA & ACROYOGA

Family Yoga is a joyful practice that brings all family together to create and play. Family Yoga is an opportunity to meet other parents and create a new community of like-minded people. PARTNER YOGA
ONE TO ONE OR GROUPS

Partner Yoga is one of the possible types of yoga based upon the basic principle of this ancient discipline – the union. The goal of partner yoga practice is to connect with ourselves and with partners, and realise the fact of essential unity with every living being in the universe. Partner Yoga is a joyful practice that brings two people together to create a new posture. In contrast to what’s referred to as assisted Yoga, in partner Yoga, each person gives support and receives benefits as the two create a posture together.

SUP ACROYOGA 
ONE TO ONE OR GROUPS

Paddle-board Yoga, originating in Amera sound 2013, is the practice of modern yoga as exercise, and sometimes specific transitions (vinyasa) between postures (asanas), while stand up paddle boarding, usually with the board in calm water, such as a lake. There is always special atmosphere with the element water. 

Beginners may practice yoga to gain the strength and flexibility to maintain the balance necessary when the board is afloat. Beginners may practice a sequence of asanas either on a normal length surfboard or a specially deigned stand up paddle board.

PRACTICAL INFO

  • You will simply need comfortable clothes, barefoot is recommended

  • It is recommended not eat 2 hours before the class

  • I can arrange for you mats, blocks, belts
