ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga is a very old system whose history dates back to the origins of Maha Yoga. Ashtanga means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, referring to the eight limbs of yoga laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The Ashtanga method stresses daily vinyasa flow practice using ujjayi breathing, mula bandha, uddiyana bandha, and drishti. There are six different Ashtanga series, through which a student progresses at their own pace.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes breathing sequences and flowing between different poses. Many forms of yoga include vinyasa by emphasizing the flow between poses and breathing as you move. Vinyasa Yoga is sometimes referred to as flow yoga, where students move quickly from pose to pose in a dynamic, almost dance-like movement. Each movement corresponds to an inhalation or an exhalation.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It concentrates on physical health and mental well-being, using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha Yoga can be practiced by everyone, regardless of shape or age, and welcomes kids, parents, seniors, athletes, those who work long hours sitting, people with stressful lives, and anyone looking to stay healthy, young, and flexible.
HIMALAYAN TANTRA YOGA
Raja Dhiraja means "king of kings," referring to consciousness and yoga as a path to consciousness. This style is the most complete; an all-around systematic and scientific process for the development of the body, mind, and soul. It includes yoga asanas, mudras, bandhas, deep relaxation, self-massage, and specific meditation lessons. Raja Dhiraja focuses on the effects of asanas on the glands and their impact on propensities. The techniques of this yoga were systematized by Shiva 7,000 years ago.
SUP YOGA
SUP Yoga, or Paddle-board Yoga, originated in Amera Sound in 2013. It involves practicing modern yoga and sometimes specific transitions (vinyasa) between postures (asanas) while stand-up paddle boarding, usually in calm water such as a lake. The element of water creates a special atmosphere. Beginners can practice yoga to gain the strength and flexibility needed to maintain balance on the board. They can perform a sequence of asanas on a normal-length surfboard or a specially designed stand-up paddle board.
FLYING YOGA
Flying Yoga, also known as Aerial Yoga, combines traditional yoga poses with a suspended hammock to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. This innovative practice allows for deeper stretches and safe inversions, providing a unique and enjoyable workout. In Flying Yoga classes, you'll use a silk hammock to support your body in various poses, ranging from simple stretches to advanced inversions. Suitable for all fitness levels, this practice offers a joyful way to deepen your yoga experience.
