It's considered a powerful time to set intentions, release negative energy, and manifest abundance.

Location: 

This takes place in a gorgeous villa in San Miguel, Villa Lyla. 

 

What do you need: 

• Please bring with you two sheets of paper & pencil 📝 for writing your intention. 

• Bring water (or tea) to hidrate yourself during & after the session.

• Bring comfortable clothes so you can move freely.

• If you want you can bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket for the part of the breathwork, but you don’t need to, only if you would feel more comfortable or maybe cold. 

• Please let us know if you need yoga mat. !!!
