LET'S WELCOME SPRING WITH NEW ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
I'm excited to announce my new online yoga classes. Many of you have been asking if I tech online, so I challenge myself :-) and here it is :-) Join me while I'm traveling... Who would like to go on a journey with me?
Now you have an opportunity to join me for online classes, once or twice a week, where we will spend some time together by focusing on our body awareness, relaxed mind, joy in movement and correct breathing.
I would like to share with you what I have learned in India, Nepal & Bali. I wish to help you gain the knowledge and direction needed to start a yoga practice.
Online classes offers: a great opportunity to connect worldwide with each of you and from the comfort of your home.
I found the perfect combination of yoga for everyone. We will work on our strength, mobility, flexibility and correct breathing.
Using yoga exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation: to create healthy habits, gain a stronger body, clarity of mind, focus, connection to the heart, healing and well-being.
We'll look into the foundations of Yoga:
*We will learn principles of: traditional Himalayan tantra yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga & Pranayama in different sequences.
*I will be sharing my simple yet effective approach to movement and breathing with this beautiful and accessibles yoga techniques.
Whether you are stressed, tired or nervous, this practice will promote a sense of grounding and relaxation, so you can feel energies and relaxed.
Live lessons will also be recorded so you can practice at your own, free time.
