Ayurveda treatment starts with an internal purification process, followed by a special diet, herbal remedies & massage therapy. The concepts of universal interconnectedness, the body's constitution (prakriti), and life forces (doshas) are the primary basis of ayurvedic medicine.

Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. We will practise different types of breathwork which can change your healthier breathing pattern.
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind and reconnection with your body, using a combination of mental and physical techniques. There are many benefits about it: like to relax, to reduce anxiety and stress, to reconnect with your body, to have clear mind, to heal traumas and to become more conscious.

Veronica is certifies yoga teacher in many disciplines (like Himalayan tantra, Multis-tiling, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha). She is qualified dance teacher, certified acroyoga & pranayama (breathing) teacher. She is also certified massage therapist, reiki and energy healer based on Ibiza.
Veronicas Yoga bring traditional knowledge of Yoga, Tantra and Wellbeing in her retreats offered for beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners. She will help you on your way of transformation to find the balance in your body, mind and spirit.
