This retreat is regenerating, healing, detoxing, awakening and heart opening. It will lead you to explore Ayurveda treatments, Ayurvedic food, Himalayan tantra yoga practise, breathing techniques (pranayama and breathwork), relaxation (yoganidra), mantras singing and different types of meditations.

Since this is not a group retreat, it can be personalized and can start on any day of the week as per your time of arrival. The main retreat include daily Ayurvedic treatments and consultation + yoga classes. The timings of treatment can be changed as per your convenience after consultation with the doctor.
Ayurveda treatment starts with an internal purification process, followed by a special diet, herbal remedies & massage therapy. The concepts of universal interconnectedness, the body's constitution (prakriti), and life forces (doshas) are the primary basis of ayurvedic medicine.

Guests can enjoy delicious and healthy Ayurvedic dining with fresh produce and natural ingredients.Ayurvedic food is based on Prakriti (constitution) and it nourishes & heals our body and mind.
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles.
Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. It has more recently gained popularity in the western world because of the many health benefits that come from a pranayama practice.
Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. We will practise different types of breathwork (Wim Hoff, Soma, Rebirthing etc). During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way.
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and more.
On the outside, someone who’s meditating might not seem to be doing anything other than breathing or repeating a sound or phrase over and over. Inside their brain, however, it’s an entirely different story. Modern diagnostic and imaging techniques, like electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scans, show that meditation can positively affect your brain and mental health.

Veronica is certifies Himalayan tantra yoga teacher, Multistiling, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher based on Ibiza teaching regularly in Atzaro Agroturismo Hotel Spa Ibiza. She is also qualified dance teacher, certified acroyoga & breathwork teacher. You can enjoy variety of different yoga classes, breathwork and acroyoga or dance classes on the beach as well.
Veronicas Yoga bring traditional knowledge of Yoga, Tantra and Spirituality by offering Retreats for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga practitioners.She also offer personal guidance.
