What AcroYoga Has Taught Me
For many years I explored, practiced and shared this beautiful discipline around the world, discovering the power of trust, communication and human connection through movement.
More than a physical practice, AcroYoga taught me how to collaborate, listen, support and play.
AcroYoga combines elements of yoga, acrobatics and therapeutic movement. Beyond the physical practice, it offers valuable lessons in trust, presence, communication and community.
These qualities continue to influence the way I teach yoga and relate to others today.
Today
While my work is now primarily focused on private yoga, meditation and mindfulness, AcroYoga remains close to my heart.
I continue to enjoy the practice and occasionally share private sessions, workshops or special collaborations upon request.
