Come to join me for yoga practice, meditation, pranayama (breath techniques) and yoga nidra (relaxation) in beautiful Atzaro with balinese vibe, surrounded by the nature.

My goal is to help you on your way of transformation, creating awareness, love, joy, happiness & peace in the body, mind and spirit.


About my yoga classes:

I will focus on the breath & movement with awareness in the body, flexibility, strength, effects of asanas on the glands & propensitities. Besides a system of yoga asanas, mudras and bandhas, I will includ deep relaxation, self-massage, pranayama & meditation.

My classes are for all levels, languages En. / Sp



SCHEDULE

10:00-11:00 WEDNESDAY - VINYASA FROM THE HEART

is a form of yoga that emphasises breathing sequences and flowing between different poses. (Each movement corresponds to an inhalation or an exhalation). It’s dynamic flow from pose to pose from my heart to your heart, almost like dance movement with heart opening & deep relaxation on the end.

11:00-12:30 WEDNESDAY - HIMALAYAN (RAJA DHIRAJA) YOGA

means ,,king of the king,, referring to consciousness and yoga as a a path to consciousness. This Raja Dhiraja form is now the most complete; an all-round systematic and scientific process for the development of the body, mind, and soul. Besides a system of yoga asanas, mudras and bandhas, it includes deep relaxation, self-massage and specific meditation lessons. It is yoga which is focused on the effects of asanas on the glands and their effects on the propensities. Origin of the technique of yoga were systematised by Shiva 7000 years ago. 10:00-11:00 SATURDAY - ASHTANGA FUSION YOGA

is a very old yoga system whose history dates back to when there was only one yoga - Maha Yoga. Ashtanga means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, which refers to the eight limbs of yoga laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali ''The quieting of the mind’’.

The Ashtanga method stresses daily vinyasa flow practice using ujjayi breathing, bandhas, drishti & sequence of postures, where we will pick up main postures from the 1st. sequence.

11:00-12:30 SATURDAY - HATHA YOGA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITACIÓN is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Can be practised by everyone, no matter what shape or age are. It is welcoming kids, mums and dads, singles, seniors, athletes, people who work long hours mostly sitting, people who have very stressed lives or want to stay healthy, young and flexible, no matter what.

Pranayama - The breath is the only function in the body that reveals your unconscious emotional, mental and physical patterns. We can heal and transform these patterns once we choose to recognise them :-)

Private yoga (one to one) emphasises breathing sequences and flowing between different poses. Each movement corresponds to an inhalation or an exhalation focused your personal needs. We can combine different types of yoga to achieve your personal goals. (Flexibility, strength, breath, spirituality & relaxation of body, mind and soul).

Besides a system of yoga (asanas, mudras and bandhas) we can focused on the effects of asanas on the glands and their effects on the propensities, the breath that reveals your unconscious emotional, mental and physical patterns. We can heal and transform these patterns once we choose to recognise them :-)
