Raja Dhiraja means ,,king of the king,, referring to consciousness and yoga as a a path to consciousness. This Raja Dhiraja form is now the most complete; an all-round systematic and scientific process for the development of the body, mind, and soul. Besides a system of yoga asanas, mudras and bandhas, it includes deep relaxation, self-massage and specific meditation lessons. It is yoga which is focused on the effects of asanas on the glands and their effects on the propensities. Origin of Raja Dhiraja the technique of yoga were systematised by Shiva 7000 years ago.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, MANTRA, chakras or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

 

I invite you to experience meditation (by the magical rock Es Vedrá), to experience the magic of this place and feel deeper connection within you and with the nature & universe.

PRANAYAMA - BREATH TECHNIQUES

Pranayama is the 4th limb of the eightfold path of yoga. Prana is the vital life force and energy that runs through our body. This beautiful energy is constantly flowing through us, and through all living beings. Prana (breath) sustaining the body; Yama (control) translates as "to extend or draw out." Together mean breath control (or extension). The breath is the only function in the body that reveals your unconscious emotional, mental and physical patterns. We can heal and transform these patterns once we choose to recognise them :-)
